Dues/Budget

Teague's Grove Homeowners Dues are $360 per year which are billed on a quarterly basis at $90.00 per quarter.

You may pay dues one of two ways:

• Water (for irrigation system and pool)
• Pool Insurance
• Pool Cleaning and Service
• Lawn Service
• Landscaping
• Socials
