Meeting Minutes Meeting - September 24, 2006 Meeting was called to order by Russ Woolard 24 homeowners were present, 6 absentee ballots sent in (out of 59 homeowners). The floor was open to homeowners to discuss proposed amendments to the Declaration of Covenants/Restrictions. It was suggested that the current homeowners renting their house be grandfathered. It was also suggested that the Covenant/Restriction violation fee be lowered. It was decided that the Covenant/Restriction Committee go back to the drawing board and present a new set of amendments soon. The meeting was adjourned. |
